  Came here for a Mother’s Day brunch. The food was spectacular despite them having to feed several hundred people. The service was attentive and the hotel is gorgeous. We really enjoyed looking around and seeing the beautiful artwork.

  Location is good. Very close walk to the convention center or to go see the Diamondbacks play. Pleanty of food and drink options within walking distance as well. Very nice lobby area and friendly staff. Rooms were a bit dated. I stayed four nights and housekeeping did not service my room once. I did have the do not disturb sign up for 2 days, but not the others. The Dust Cutter in the lobby is nice and has good happy hour deals. If you are lucky, Becca will be your server, she was awesome. Overall I'd say the hotel is average and I would stay there again.

  The flavored water in the lobby is awesome but was frequently empty. The showers were also baffling. I'm 20, but I had to call my dad and have him help me. There is no sauna despite the website saying that there is. The rooms are elegant though and the room cleaners were the nicest I've ever seen. Good hotel if you can afford it. But really, if you don't have a sauna, don't say that you do on your website. That isn't cool.

  Excellent customer service! Everyone was very friendly and genuine. The rooms were impeccably clean. The restaurant and bar was great for lunch and later in the evening the drinks were great and the bar scene was happening. Happy to have the Starbucks there (even though the line was pretty long in the morning. The cafe was out of iced tea in the morning which was a bummer for this non-coffee drinker (how do you run out of iced tea in the middle of the week in a major city - go get some tea at any of the 24 hour grocery stores and make it, it's not rocket science people). But that's my only complaint! We loved it here!

  Very nice hotel with nicely renovated rooms. The staff is nice and the lighting in the lobby and throughout the hotel is unique. Many good restaurants within 3 block walking distance. I'm giving 4 stars because the room near the elevator is lacking in sound suppression. The sounds of the elevator mechanics and counter weights can be heard early morning and late night. Ask for a room away from the elevators.
