  The service was excellent! Parking was difficult and expensive. Definitely worth it though to go with valet if you want to be able to drive around town. Not much of a view from room. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Room was decently cleaned, but the blanket for the pull out bed was disgusting and no top sheet for pull out.

  Beautiful, modern, clean hotel. Great location. The staff is professional, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They went way out of their way to carry two large boxes up to my room for me. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. The room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. I took off one star since the bathroom door is the frosted glass that I abhor due to the lack of privacy and the fact that it makes everything in the bathroom echo (not good with a sleeping baby). I would have really regretted this unfortunate feature even more if I had been staying here with a sibling or friend (it was just my husband, baby and me).

  Great location, amenentities are stellar and great value for what you pay for (depending on when you book it and if it's peak season). Parking is a little difficult, valet is $33 per day, there is a parking garage to the rear of the hotel that is cheaper to park overnight. We found metered street parking on the adjacent street, free parking after 10 pm - 8 am. Of course these a limited spots and highly coveted. Lobby was clean and modern, the rooms were spacious and the facilities were nice. Overall a great stay and will come back when in the area. Hotel is within walking distance to the arena.

  Spacious rooms. We had 2 queen beds, sitting area and kitchenette. Lots of room. Kitchenette was well stocked with everything we needed. The room offered Netflix (we had to sign into our account) which was awesome because we could watch shows and movies. Valet was attentive when we drove up. Free breakfast was a bonus as well.

  Hotel was great and the staff was better. New hotel with great amenities including an indoor pool. Guy was small but equipment was very nice, I had a great workout. There is a Starbucks in the hotel but for some reason the girl was closing as I walked up. This almost lost them a star but everything else was so nice I couldn't. The free breakfast was also great. Rooms clean and very comfortable. Our only shock was how slow the city was during the week. With bar all around the hotel we could not find one with more than 3 people in it. Valet was very quick too.
