  The Rock It Cross Fit 6 Week Challenge is different from every other weight loss programs I’ve tried and I’ve tried a few over the years. They offer a complete package. The nutrition plan is clearly laid out. There are exercise classes and an accountability program. But the best part, there is no body shaming at this gym. I worked out with people of all shapes and sizes. The coaches made modifications to the workouts for the ones who needed it and the participants encouraged each other. As one coach said, “We all have to start somewhere”. Over the six weeks, I lost just under ten percent of my body weight.   Seriously, best experience EVER when it comes to my fitness journey. My friends had doubts about CrossFit and stated all the injuries that come from it. The 6 week challenge knocked all that nonsense out the door. I fell in love with it and since then I have remained in the gym. I lost 7% body fat and 15lbs. (Talk about results!!!) I could have not got back on track without the amazing support and knowledge of the staff. A special shoutout to Amber and Jake!!! It seriously is a great community to be apart of. Try it out y’all!! You miss out only on opportunities you don’t take.

  Love this place. Clean. Plenty of equipment. Staff is great. Will definitely drop in again when I’m back in town

  Great experience, I completed the 6 week challenge 1/5/18. I lost 30 lbs during those 6weeks. Staff and memebers are awesome, I’d do it again.

  After a 5 month vacation from all things healthealthy, RICF made this depressed 47 year old feel like taking a challenge. I was looking for something to intrigue me without scaring me away. I found it at RICF. The owners, trainers, coaches, and other clients (some who have been there since its opening years ago) made me feel a part of a team whose goal is for every member of their team to reach their individual goals at there own pace. With their guidance, expertise, and yes even cheerleading, I have reached my goals before my 6 week time frame a week and a half. My spirits are up, my attitude is uplifted, and every workout, I am shocked at my new accomplishments. Even with a less than normal physical situation, I feel like a super hero because of RICF.
