  Pretty much coolest box ever! The coaches are tough but the best way possible. They make sure you try your best and are positive when doing so. The community part is great everyone is friendly and will encourage to get in there and just go no matter what. When I move it will be hard for me to go to another box Boom was my first Crossfit box and I got lucky with this pretty cool group of people. Highly recommend to anyone to try this box or drop in. sorry novel done now haha

  CF is the best thing I have done for myself mentally and physically. Awesome coach and environment (very encouraging and motivational group)

  Did a dropin. Great box. Grant was super nice and he had a great group of people there. Everyone was helpful. Definitely recommend.
