  No judgement and true encouragement! I’ve been part of multiple gyms and nothing compares to AMP. I look forward to the workouts and enjoy the challenge. The coaches truly care about your mental and physical development. The motto “getting better everyday” is true! If you’re serious about transforming yourself this is the best investment you can make in yourself.

  AMP Fitness is more than just a gym, it's a sanctuary. You learn how to become better from the inside out. You can also apply what you're given to all aspects of your life. The coaches genuinely care about your total well being not just your physical health. The members are like an extended family. We run, jump, sweat, laugh and cry together. There's no place I'd rather be at 5am.

  I've been back at AMP for a couple of months now after sitting out for 7 months. Upon return i was welcomed back with open arms and a warm welcome. AMP is more than just a gym we are Family!! The Coaches here are hands down the BEST!! They motivate, push and encourage you to be the best you can be!! Not only are they concerned about us being physically fit but they are concerned about our emotional and spiritual being as well!! You can't go wrong when you're considering joining AMP! You will not just join a gym but be connected to a great family!!

  Couldn't have found a better gym!!! Love it!! The trainers are extremely supportive and help us individually with our nutrition and health inquiries. Training strategies are awesome and different everyday. Everyone is always cheering you on, which gives me the extra boost I need. Best of all, their sessions are open at two different times of the day. For the early birds and the afternoon for those of us who work. LOVE MY AMP FITNESS FAMILY!!!!
