Ok, I read the bad reviews and was prepared for the worse. And the person who checked us in was wearing pajamas and had children playing behind the counter. But, I thought the room was fine. Bed was comfortable, cable TV worked, it had a fridge, microwave, air conditioning, desk. I was happy until I went to take a shower in the morning and it didn't work. I didn't have time to complain and get a new room. They definitely need to update the bathrooms. Too bad, I wanted to give a better rating.

Very friendly staff. But really not what we expected. We had been driving and traveling all day and were too exhausted to change hotels. Otherwise, we would have moved next door to the Country Inn Suites. The fridge and microwave were literally plugged in front of the bathroom sink. Blocking access to the sink. I had to shove it as far as it could go so I can brush my teeth. Hopefully, not all their rooms are this poorly situated. We left very early in the morning having only stayed less than 5 hours with a 15 hour drive ahead of us!! That's how bad it was that we didn't want to be there one more minute. Again, the positive, is the staff is very friendly and kind. The hotel... not so much!

Disgusting. Photos are totally deceiving. It’s a very old run down hotel. Pulled up and we wanted to find another hotel it was that bad, but all hotels booked up in Tuscon. Sheets didn’t even look clean, with wrinkles from previous guests, so we requested new sheets. The staff didn’t even offer to remake the beds or argue that the beds were clean. I couldn’t wait to wake up and shower as I felt dirty. This wasn’t a cheap night either.... so overpriced.

The staff, the spacious rooms and awesome amenities is why this motel gets a 5 star rating from me. A nice breakfast , microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, large vanity area all made my stay here extra pleasant and I would like to again thank the amazing, kind and understanding woman who was working the night shift when I arrived super late, tired and super stressed from a previous encounter with another motel in the area that refused to honor a reservation on the account of their own employee mistakes. I was so worried I would be sent away for the same Discrepancy as the other establishment. To my surprise she calmy told me to relax and suggested i have a warm cup of tea while she assured me that she will definitely be able to secure me a room for the night. Not more than 5 minutes later she was preparing my key card and sending me off to my room which I was more than appreciative for so for just one night or an extended stay I definitely recommend this amazing establishment

This is the only Ramada left in Tucson as the one on the east side closed. I stayed at the Ramada East for several months previously and I must say that the value that you get for what you pay as well as the on site amenities are truly unbeatable here in Tucson. They have an excellent hot cooked breakfast buffet as well as an evening social hour event that includes two complimentary alcoholic beverages if that is your thing, among other things. The staff are incredible and very helpful. If you are looking for budget friendly accommodations with all the amenities you could want, you are sure to find it at Ramada locations. Hope this is helpful.
