Clean rooms tv microwave fridge. Off the main streets so it is quiet especially at night. It has an outdoor pool. A great place if you are interested a place to sleep and travel from there.

Nice little motel near University of Arizona. We have stayed five nights and love our room. What a great experience to get to stay at an Historic motel. The family was so gracious and made sure we enjoyed all the amenities. We will definitely return.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If I could rate zero stars I would! We booked 2 nights for $79 and taxes took it to $96.50. At check-in we were charged a random $2 per night fee and a $5 key deposit for a grand total of $106.50. When we got to the room it was NOTHING REMOTELY CLOSE to what was advertised on the website. It was The last room on the end in the back alley directly next to the dumpster. The door wouldn't shut properly because it had been obviously been kicked in before hand. The frame was broken and the metal plate looked like someone had taken a hammer to it. Where there once was windows was now boarded up. The room wreaked of urine, there were tiles from the base board on the wall that had fallen off into the floor. The sheets, quilt, and pillow cases were riddled with cigarette burns and stains. The shower had only one of its 2 knobs intact. When I told them I wanted another room because I didn't feel safe the male owner removed and reattached the door flap at the base of the door to show that the door would now close. I showed him, by simply bumping the door with my hip and it flying open, that it was not at all acceptable. He told me he would change the door knob. I told him there was absolutely no way I was staying in that room with a busted door frame being a female from out of town and requested another. Apparently, they are booked completely full... But he would replace the knob. My patience had run out and I demanded a refund. They gave me a partial refund stating that we had spent time in their establishment. We had purchased a lunch before check-in and since we hadn't eaten yet, decided we would eat and then handle the situation. We were on the premises for a total of 2 hours, the first eating and debating how to handle the situation and the last hour trying to get out of the wretched place. I seriously urge you to stay far away from this place.

At first glance it's not really the most appealing, not the cleanest looking, but still a pretty decent place to stay for a night or two. Cable is fine, ac definitely works, and the area is pretty quiet. I would recommend bringing extra covers for pillows and blankets.

Cost $20 more than quoted, due to "fees". And charged me $5 cash key deposit. Which I had to request back, because they weren't going to return it. Even though I paid with a credit card. The smoking room didn't even have an ashtray. Not sure how that is supposed to work. Check in says 2 pm, but I was waiting for the room to be cleaned until 4:45 pm. And since a cab dropped me off and there isn't anywhere to put my luggage while waiting, I had to carry it around looking for a place to get a drink. There was mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. Furniture missing drawers or handles and bargain basement sheets and pillow cases. My king sized bed was only a double. And there was barely enough toilet paper to last me the night, and I left by 7:30 am. Even checking out was a hassle as I woke up the person at the front desk. The pool was unavailable, there is only an eegees nearby to eat at. And it was depressing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even though they saw me exit the cab, they kept asking if I had more people or pets. And told me I couldn't even have a visitor. Not even my brother. I don't know what type of people they are used to, but I refuse to ever send anyone there, no matter how desperate they are.
