nice USC hotel, needs modernization, highway on one side and loud street on the other and still single pane windows (this hotel needs double or triple pane windows) however front desk has "great" earplugs if you ask. Earplugs for 200 plus 25 parking hotel. front desk nice and some are not seasoned/trained enough to let you know on which level USC parties will be. Some do suggest a far away room. even then one still feels and hear the bass vibrating (until 11:30). After that the party goers walking to their rooms as it 7 pm, loud talking and winding down...lol..now you know.

Our stay was awesome. The hotel is really nice, clean, comfortable and all the staff is very friendly! Priced right too. Is right across from USC, so is very convenient for college visits. They have a cool water herb garden and fresh cold fruit-infused water in the lobby available all day.

Great location, if you need to be within walking distance to USC. Also great for walking to many different places to eat, from fast food to nice restaurants. My kids and I traveled there to attend a ballet dance event last week. The hotel staff was wonderful. They were super friendly and I loved the executive lounge happy hour and especially Diego! He was Super nice, friendly, and helpful. The housekeeping staff as awesome as well! I only gave the hotel 3 stars, because of some of the issues I had with the shower. The water pressure changed and varied while showering from a constant strong flow down to a trickle. It wasn't a terrible issue. My only issue was that I was placed in a room with a door to an adjoining room, and unfortunately on the second night of our stay a loud party checked into their room, quite late at night. After 11pm. The noise of their barking dog and the party could be heard as if they were in our room, and I frankly could not sleep after they checked in. The next morning, I called the front desk and reported the problem. The very helpful, sympathetic woman I spoke to immediately apologized and suggested moving me to another room. That was a wonderful move, and we finished our stay there well rested! The other reason for the 3 stars, is that it is very dated and the room rate seems to be quite high for what you get. Also the hot tub was cold. We couldn't use the hot tub at all as it was cold. However, I believe the room rate is just what you get in LA! Not sure if I'd return to this hotel again, but if I had to, I'd go again due to the great staff there.

This review is way overdue; however, I really wanted to get it posted. My daughter and I stayed and the USC Radisson the first week of December 2017 so she could be close to the university for finals (she typically had a 3 hour commute). Diana A. was extremely kind and accommodating - providing breakfast vouchers, a quiet room and late checkout. The customer service provided by Diana A was exemplary - complete with a handwritten "good luck" card to my daughter. Thank you Diana! PS: She aced her finals!!

The context of my stay was not staying overnight. I went to attend a conference type if event. During this time I received great service. I had to pump breastmilk since I was away from my baby, and went to the women's restroom. I did it in the powder room area which I made work. I had an electric pump with me. A worker had come in and saw and offered to find me a better room to pump. In a few minutes she came back with a card that gave me access to one of the smaller meeting room, which had a deadbolt that she told me to use. I totally appreciated this. Another thing that impressed me was the quality of the food for the event. It was really good. The staff also made sure things didn't run out and you weren't standing around waiting for the next tray. These 2 reasons alone made my stay there enjoyable.
