  .too expensive for a motel, $75-? for a weekday for the location, ammenities and cleanliness of property is quite excessive.

  Good location but mediocre rooms. There was no closet and the shower wasn't that nice. However, if you want a low cost option close to usc and csc it's okay.

  Terrible staff and facilities! Absolutely avoid. Couldn't have been worse! We stayed for 2 nights and the owner came out and tried to tell me that he would prefer the room service to not be done the next day. I wasn't going to use the room much so I agreed out of courtesy since it seemed like a family owned business. Then, the wifi didn't work, the showers didn't have any hot water, and the room smelt mouldy. There was no mat outside the room and there were huge puddles of water outside the room! To top this off, the owner charged me a "parking fees" for parking there for a couple hours after my checkout time even after it was agreed upon in the morning that it is fine that we keep the car parked for a couple of hours after.

  Not what I expected appears to be clean but they don't I'm scared to look under the covers don't know what I might find
