  This gym comes with more than just a great workout & fantastic instructors, we are a family, we care about each others health and personal growth. This gym brings the true holistic package of just being a better person in this thing called life. Highly recommend to those that are looking for something much more than working out and punching faces.

  I love, this place. I do a yoga class on Saturday mornings and follow up with a strength and conditioning class and I love every moment of it. Rad is positive and always pushes me to push a little harder or focus a little more. I have seen a huge change in my body and the support keeps me coming back :)

  I go to RAD Saturday Boot Camp. Rad (that's the owner's name, too) works with all fitness levels. I really appreciate him because he is serious about fitness, yet willing to work with out-of-shape beginners like me.
