Loved working out with personal trainer Scott. He listened with attentiveness to my personal plight and we worked from there. Will be attending Silver Sneekers class next Wednesday. Nice clean facility and even in the locker rooms. I have to take a train to this location when in reality there are 2 facilities closer. I go to this location to support my friend who has never joined a health club. I an supporting her. This location is close to her.

Not impressed. Front desk woman was super rude when I first signed up. This isn't the closest gym to me, but I sometimes drive further because it's bigger. No towel service. Apparently a bunch of people complain about the sauna so they just put a sign up saying no shoes. I was about to go in and noticed everyone barefoot and was disgusted. No way I'm going in there with no shoes! To the people that complain about people going in with their workout clothes, you're sweating and spreading germs regardless. I would rather be fully clothed than sitting in a bathing suit. Oh well common sense is gone. I will drive down to county line, or better yet probably try a new gym.

Decent gym based on amenities: free weights, machines, cardio, racquetball courts, pool, hot tub, classes. But when rating against other super sports, this location is average. The staff is very friendly and would go above and beyond for any guest requests. I live very close to this location ( less than a mile ) but at times I drive about 10 miles to another super sport that is bigger, nicer and cleaner.

Update: the facility is cleaner then is used to be. I went back due to a lack of options in the area and was pleasantly surprised to see the staff picking up equipment and returning it to its proper location (since grown adults can’t figure it out) and the restroom and locker room are much cleaner. I haven’t attempted a shower so I can’t speak to that. Staff is way nicer and if you go super early in the morning, you don’t have to worry about the other classes people are complaining about and the morning goers are super awesome, mind their own, and are courteous of one another. It’s getting a lot better. Could do better at making sure things like paper towels are stocked. I want to give this place a good review but the fact that a pair of underwear has been sitting on the bathroom floor for three days and the toilets look like they haven't been cleaned in a week and the floor is covered in toiley paper, makes me give it a 1 star. That's completely unacceptable and disgusting. It makes me wonder if they really clean anything here. I wouldn't take a shower here even with shower shoes. God only knows how long it's been since they've bleached the floors and cleaned the walls.

Attempted to make use of Kid’s Club for the first time here today, the fiasco that followed was beyond unacceptable. When we unexpectedly needed to keep my nephew and niece today, my mom and I called to ask about the Kid’s Club policy, explained the situation, and were told that we could pay for a single day for both of them and that the club was available until 12:30. We looked at the policy online to make sure we had everything in order. We arrived and paid for the kids, took them to Kid’s Club where they dove excitedly into the play area, and started the sign in process. We were THEN told that we could not do it because neither of us were a parent or guardian. No one had mentioned this at any point in the process up until that moment, not the website or the phone call or when we paid the money for it. They called in the manager, who was entirely arrogant and fully unapologetic about the way this went down. He said it was our fault, and that we should have known the rules. We tried!! We looked it up AND called!! I completely understand the policy, but any number of the people we spoke to along the way should have stated it. Then when we had to take two very upset kids back out of the playground, the response was “Tough, not my fault”. DO NOT tell me, explicitly, that I can bring kids in, allow me to plan out my day around this fact, and then tell me “Well, you should have known you can’t do this” when I drop them off.
