The female staff who worked on the night of 02/23/18 was very nasty , unprofessional and irresponsible. She make her own rules and discriminates against ethnicities and tribe. She was reported to 311 she refused to give her name. It's makes that branch unfriendly and unprofessional

This is the closest library to my home. It's small but quaint and always clean. My biggest issue is the noise level. I understand that there are not rooms separating the different sections in the library and that's fine because, as previously mentioned, it's a small establishment. However, the employees are usually the loudest one in the library. They're always having conversations, usually right next to each other, and you could hear them on the opposite end. They make no attempts to use their inside voice; always very loud and some of them are very rude and need in service for customer relations because they are not fit for their position. Another issue is that they only have about six computers but many times persons have to be put on a wait list because this one employee is occupying the computer (usually playing candy crush or something of the sort). In my humble opinion, the entire staff should be replaced, from the bottom on up.
