  Wont even answer the phone, i had to go there to see if they're opened and it was loud,very unprofessional librarians.didnt help me understand this very old copy machine.

  Professional, warm and genuine are the three words that best describe their staff. Manager is extremely attentive and resourceful . The world needs more places like this !
