  This company i worked for almost year doesn’t care bout there employees the assistant manager Aldo who use to work there was buddy buddy with us when the manager wasn’t there then will kiss the manager ass all day when he’s there the pay sucks and the company sucks the manager doesnt do nothing and tells us not to call them when it’s something wrong at the gym and they fire people because we can’t find coverage not our fault it’s on 5 people on staff🤷🏿‍♂️They want u to do to much for little pay

  I decided to post this review after seeing all these fake and messed up reviews. I came in to get a tour last week with a person named Mo the gentleman was very helpful and explained everything well he will show you every detail of the place and even showed me where the headphone and usb plugs on the treads are, the place is very clean and the locker rooms are well maintained and smell really well the prices are exactly the way it is 10 dollars a month or 21.99 for the black card which has the hydro massage that mo had me trying which was wonderful. As I was getting the rates there was a girl who mo was training I guess she came in and I sat on a table alone and he brung a chair and placed it for her which impressed me. Overall excellent place and wonderful staff.

  Avoid this place at all costs. First of all its NOT $10 per month, there is additional fee that you have to pay after a couple months. We had a very bad experience with a person named MO, no help in explaining terms and conditions of membership and answer any questions regarding the fitness center. I would not recommend this particular Plant Fitness, other may be better as this seems like a franchise. I decided to join nearby LA Fitness instead, which costs a little bit more but much better environment and customer service.

  My family and I joined this PF for a few months now. I’ve been enjoying it very much UNTIL TODAY. I was at the 30 Mintues Circuit doing my routine work out when someone mopping and cleaning the floors by the name of DAN, claimed to be the manager approached me. He got very close to me, he was in my personal space. If he wanted to bring something to my attention he should have done so in an appropriate distance. He basically said he was watching me and noticed I was going from machine to machine without using the steps.He told me not continue to use that area for the machines only. I needed to go the other machines which are the same machines on the main floor. I’m still puzzled at the manager’s approach and demeanor. He’s looks like he is guarding the place and not friendly like the rest of the staff. I feel very uncomfortable going back. What happened to their motto “JUDGMENT FREE ZONE” when I’m being watched by “management “. I find it extremely strange and it makes me feel very uncomfortable how he said he was watching me.This was once a gym I was comfortable in and I am not now. I noticed that other members have posted comments and the reply has been to speak to management. But who am I supposed to speak to if this MANAGEMENT is being unprofessional.

  Time to review how you let members know the gym will be closed. Institute a text and email notification program for emergencies (no promotions whatsoever) ONLY. Reasonable businesses in 2018 that are supposed to be open 24 hours a day should not be alerting paying subscribers that they are closed via a sign on the door. Get it together. (3/21/18)
