  Ordered from this location tonight. Delivery was very fast but when I opened my Dinner Box it looked like someone shook it and slammed on their breaks the whole way to my home. I have been on hold with the store waiting to speak to someone for over an hour. I will not be ordering from here again.

  Could have been better. And the lady that was helping me and took the order could have been a little more professional. And once some quotes a price it should stand.

  I DoorDash here often and it’s the worst. They take so long that my orders are always late to the customer and I can hear them in the back laughing about forgetting to start orders. While I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes I hear that they haven’t even started part of my order. Buncha slackers here and if you wanna wait over an hour for a pizza that was already ordered then I’d suggest here.

  If i could give it a -4 star rating I would. My girlfriend had around a $20 purchase from this location(Galley and Yampa) but was charged over $100 that day and then charged another $200+ a week later. Her bank cancelled her card because of the suspicious activity and notified her. That's when she got a print out of the recent transactions on her account and noticed the fraudulent charges. Its unfortunate that we can't make a purchase at a local establishment like Pizza Hut or one of the many gas stations around here because your credit cards gets compromised and fraudulent charges are made on your accout.

  Amanda asst manager is great and always polite no matter the circumstance. But this store is always short staffed. This past order took two and a half hours to deliver. I got the notification that my order was out for delivery over an hour after ordering and it took over an hour to actually deliver to me. The food was not edible. I have called multiple times asking for the owner to call me. They don’t. The owner obviously doesn’t care about customer service, making things right, or helping out staff at their store when short handed etc. so now I have to do a dispute thru my bank because the owner can’t be professional and handle their business appropriately. It’s too bad because I really like Pizza Hut when the food is cooked properly and hot. This is what the pizza looked like when it got delivered. My kid took a piece and they it away because it was no good.
