::Bagel was wrong, cold and old. Iced coffee was wrong and was mostly cream. Staff at window was not friendly and acted like we were wasting her time. From now on we will travel a little further to Einstein Bros for good bagels,coffee and service.

::After waiting a few months, this location finally opened back up. I admitted har had some issues with this location in the past and wasn't ven sure if this location as still here after seeing it closed in the past. I was in the area and wanted to swing by and see. The female blonde haired assistant manager took my order and was at the window. There was an issue with the Dunkin app and she was able to help me with my order and she was so nice. Glad to see you're open.

::Temporarily closed? You should just close down this location. Or with all these nice new things you’re upgrading fire the entire staff and start new. That’s the ONLY way this location will survive. Staff looks like they’re partying every time. Drinks take forever, and suck. Staff leave reviews and have their family leave reviews!!! See the picture of the girl behind the register… there’s NOTHING behind her. Aka the store was probably still closed. Lol all these girls need a rude awakening.

::This is the WORSE Dunkin I’ve ever been to! Walked in and workers are all seated in tables NOT behind the register. Meeting? I highly doubt it. Seemed like they were all hanging out and laughing. Looked at me like what are you doing here! The coffee was gross but I still can’t get over how unprofessional they were. The 5 star review was probably written by that same employee or a friend/family member of hers. Do yourselves a favor and don’t even go here.

::Atmosphere I put in the middle as we used drive thru. I've ordered the same coffee at multiple Dunkins since prior 2005. The closest Dunkins from my home is an hour away. I always am thrilled and get a coffee when I stumble upon one driving. Sometimes I plan trips around the area having a Dunkins. I was disappointed in the coffee at this location. It wasn't fresh, & didn't have the caramel swirl I requested. I was very disappointed.
