  Always a great experience but today I just went in "at closing" and the technician took a few minutes to save me hundreds of dollars by simply visually inspecting and suggesting that I adjust the di2 instead of replacing anything. THANKS AGAIN!!!

  While sometimes I can be an independent bike shop snob. I have to say on numerous visits lately I've gotten great advice and good service on my older felt bike. Both Mark the mechanic in back and the young man up front went above and beyond.
