  I was charged for a brake bleeding but they stripped the bleeder valve leaving my brakes useless.

  The guys at East Sac were very accommodating of me, they let me fix a few things on my bike that I'm traveling with and were incredibly good-spirited and helpful.

  The moment I walked in looking for a new bike, the staff was super friendly and really awesome. I found the bike I wanted at a different site, but every time I go in to the H street location, it's like I'm walking into another home. The staff is incredibly friendly and each time they're able to tell me every single thing about what I need done with my bike. It's impressive to say the least. Really great shop and really great people.
