  WAYNE is awesome! He spent a lot of time with me discussing what should be done to my “budget” road bike and helped me decide the right servicing/repairs. He was super nice and knowledgeable. We both agreed I could upgrade to a better bike and now I know that will definitely be at Mike’s Bikes. Thanks again, Wayne!

  Huge shout out to A.J. for helping me get a killer set up for me while also keeping me under my own budget. I went from zero biking equipment to being fully loaded and ready to go at a reasonable price and with all of the information I could need. Great attentive service by him from start to finish. There was some sort of operational confusion with getting my bike to the store so it did take a bit longer than expected which to be honest was a bit annoying especially with how many times I was told it would be there the next day and it not showing up. Because of this I wanted to make my rating lower, but mistakes happen and as a customer it is important to understand that. I will continue to bring my business here and I would recommend this shop to any of my friends.

  Very clean helpful and polite staff. They helped me with what I needed answered all my questions with patients to the best of their knowledge, what they did not know they took the time to research and give me a correct answer. In other words I am very pleased with the service here with the cleanliness of the store and the atmosphere created by the staff. I will return with what I need to this place, highly recommend this place. well done folks!

  Every experience I've had here has been exceptional. I've purchased 2 bikes and done a bike fit, and I'm thoroughly pleased with everything. Great staff too, AJ, Alyssa, Drew, and Sam, thanks for all your help!

  Drew is incredibly knowledgeable. I came in looking for a hybrid bike for commuting. He was able to understand my needs and explain complex mechanics in simple and easy to understand terms, which is helpful because I don’t know the first thing about bikes! Sam is also friendly and helpful. He is patient and always seems to smile. Great place and great people!
