I recently purchased a used vehicle from Park Place Porsche. My initial realization that I was dealing with a very high level of customer service came when Paul Kim sent a personalized response within an hour of me filling out an inquiry form on a Saturday evening. We communicated by phone on Monday morning and we had a deal by Monday afternoon. Paul was able to work with a unique request that I had. Fulfilling my request, combined with the fact that I knew a Porsche dealership was not going to put their reputation on the line to sell a used vehicle that was not fully inspected and taken care of gave me a strong sense of comfort in pursuing this purchase. I knew that I was purchasing the right vehicle from the right dealership and the right Sales Manager. Paul sent additional photos and videos during the long week to tide me over until I could see my new car on Saturday. Paul arranged to pick me and my wife up in an impressive and beautiful Cayenne E-Hybrid from DFW airport on a Saturday morning, certainly making us feel special in the sea of Ubers and Taxis. Upon arriving at the dealership, you notice the grounds and lobby are like that of a high-end hotel: immaculate, clean, and classy. The car was in perfect condition and it was 100% as I envisioned the experience of seeing and driving my new car for the first time would be. The test drive was beyond exciting due to the car that I was purchasing (2016 Corvette Z06), and it only confirmed that I was absolutely making the right decision. Continuing to work with Paul, the transaction was smooth and seamless without any pushy sales efforts. Paul had us back on the road back home within an hour of arriving at the dealership. I would come back to purchase from Paul and Park Place Porsche without hesitation.

I was so excited to go see the car I wanted until I realized I wasn't wanted. As I walked up to the building, I seen a gentleman on the phone and he seen me. I stood there thinking he was going to assist me, but nothing. I shook my head okay and walked into the dealership. I made eye contact with a lady named Melissa. I am guessing she worked at the front desk. Still nothing. I proceeded to walk to the car I found interesting. I suddenly heard "Hi Welcome to...." from Melissa as a two older white gentlemen walked in. I turned and looked heavily confused. I proceeded to walk up to Melissa and asked her "why was I not welcomed when I walked in."She then rudely questioned, "how may I help you twice", and never answered my question. I looked at her name badge and said "Ok Melissa". I felt she then knew she made a big mistake. I proceeded to look at the car I found interested in. Melissa then walked up to me and tried to apologize and then offered me a beverage. I'm not going to play the "race" card, but I take things for what they are... I get it... Not welcomed. Next Dealership please.

After great service and I am still so pleased with my car, I am very unhappy that when my 4 year warranty was coming up on time to renew (not even close to the mileage expiration) they encouraged me to wait until the actual date. So I waited. When the date, was near I sent my service provider contact several emails alerting him that I would like to renew it. Crickets. Did not even receive the friendly reminder that it was time for my yearly service. I was working in Africa so not able to follow up in person, but now I am back and have left a message and still not hearing back and the woman on the phone was almost rude. Very disappointed. So much for experts at excellence.

Buying a car here was the most relaxing and stress free car buying experience I've ever had. Spencer, Eric, and Patrick were all very nice and very knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth and easy. Wouldn't have had it any other way. Thanks guys!
