::I always receive the best care for my dog. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive at Park Hill and am very thankful they care for my furry friend so well . Also always reasonable prices, which is hard to find!!

::I am reviewing Dr. Puccio only, not the Vet Center in general. I do notice alot of turnover there as I never see the same nurse/vet tech which is unfortunate (and a red flag) but I have seen other doctors at Park Hill and loved seeing them but Dr. Puccio is one in a million. I am in healthcare and see many patients so I know what good bedside manner feels like and she doesn't have it. I have never been treated so poorly and still can't believe what comes out of her mouth. Bringing in my 2-year old ENGLISH lab who by nature are stocky and chunky...they just look big, I was told she's obese. Mind you she told me this when our dog was 12 weeks old and I just laughed. Seeing another Vet there shortly after, they said, she's fine, she's an English. Now I do believe our girl could definitely lose a few pounds but calling her obese about 6 times was a little crazy. In addition, she questioned her exercise routine profusely and I laughed because our dog literally goes back country skiing with us, trudging through the snow running uphill and down. She also gets two walks a day and goes on hikes in the mountain almost every weekend. Seriously Puccio, take some bedside manner classes. Acknowledge clients for coming in with their dog when they say, we've cut back her food but she has still gained two pounds and work out a plan instead of attacking. Good luck to you sister, we will be taking our dog elsewhere and will tell everyone in the Mayfair neighborhood our horrible experience with this clinic.

::Great staff they took great care of my puppy and saved his life for almost next to nothing and sent me in the right direction for emergancy surgery and even called to check up on him after we we were not their "problem" anymore they are thoughtful and caring ❤ great place im forever thankful!

::Everyone at Park Hill is absolutely wonderful--they take such great care of our dog. We have a whippet, which isn't very common, but they know all the specifics of the breed and what's normal for her and what isn't. There isn't a veterinary clinic I would recommend higher. They love your pet like you love your pet and it shows. They call the day after a visit to check in and make sure she is doing ok and they answer everything they possibly can over the phone. I completely trust all of the doctors and techs and would go there myself if they took human patients!

::Knowledgeable vets. Helpful techs. Neat programs that allow pets to come in on non appointment days to play and better acclimate themselves so they don't just think it's a painful experience or scary place.
