  Not a very helpful place been in many times and never bothered to ask me what I needed and have left me with wondering why he can't help riders that come in seems a little self involved to actually help anyone that's not trying to buy a new bike the last time I stoped buy to fix a flat was told people could not fix a flat on the fly in the shop sooo no working on bikes in the bike shop? ok got it I will be taking all my small needs to mikes bike chalet shop in mesa went there after going to paragon got new ,(brake lines new cog installed and handlebars grips and other goodies for my bike) , all under a hour== had hard to find parts and was determined to make sure I had what I needed . Mikes bike chalet help me finish my bike something paragon apparently can't do look around there are plenty of other friendly shops around town , mikes bike chalet being the first choice I ride 40-50 miles a week and train on fixed gear for work out and transportation when needed so it's important to have a safe ride =rolling ☺!

  I had an amazing experience! My poor Raleigh sat outside for several years and needed some help! I went to Paragon because I had a good experience talking to the owner about getting a bike for my daughter. Several days later I was back . We had an honest conversation about putting money into my Raleigh versus getting a new bike. I never thought the Raleigh would be fun to ride again. But he convinced me that putting money into the Raleigh would be the best choice. He was so right The Raleigh got all new cables and housing. They adjusted and lubed the derailures and brakes.They found the chain was too long so they fixed that. They also fix the wobble in the headset. I honestly couldn’t be happier. I took the Raleigh for a ride tonight and I was all smiles the whole time!

  I have never been to Paragon, but I am moving to Mesa soon, and I will be looking for a reliable bike when I get settled. Paragon will be the first place I will visit. Why? Not only because of all the great respect for the place shown by other customers, but also by all the owner's responses. In particular I have never before heard an owner of any business say, "I refuse to make excuses for shoddy service," as Ray told a dissatisfied customer.

  Ray and his team have always been very helpful whether we are buying a new bike or an inner tube. They have donated their services to help sort out equipment used by challenged athletes who ride for the Arizona Heat team and always put in the extra effort to provide great service. They are a wondrful resource for the community.
