Very friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable. They made a great first impression. I plan to be a long term customer. I plan to refer everyone I know.

I could not have asked for better customer service. I was looking for a new bike shop and my search is over. Landis Cyclery has my business. I took my bike in for some minor repairs and a tune up. George was my technician. I received three phone calls from him, keeping me updated on the progress and providing recommendations and options. By the time my bike was ready, I knew exactly what had been done, why and the cost. I will only be recommending Landis Cyclery to my biking friends from now on. And a special shout out to George who was great to work with.

About 3 weeks ago my wife and I went to find 2 new bikes and a kid's trailer. We were bringing helped by two very attentive people, a young adult male, and a middle age woman. Felt bad we couldn't purchase at the time b/c our 2 young children weren't cooperating. So, we return today a 12:30 with cash in hand ready to walk out with merchandise but our 2 previous consultants we're nowhere to be found (probably on their days off). There's four employees in the store and only one of which was helping a customer who was looking at shoes. The other three were huddled behind the counter and never acknowledged our existence. We waited for about 15mins and I had to check the mirror in the dressing room, just to be sure I wasn't invisible. Well, we left with sans bikes and heavy pockets. So, if anybody has a recommendation on a good bike shop, please let me know. UPDATE: Changed from 4 stars to 5 stars. Mike is super knowledgeable and help full. Ended up purchasing a bike.

Great staff, especially Andrew. Went out of his way to ensure I got the bike I wanted at the best price.

I stopped here two years ago looking for a part for my Huffy bike. Two staff members made fun of my low cost bike and said that no one carries parts for Huffy. They joked that they could set me up with a real bike. Went to a bike shop next to Whole Foods on Ray Rd and they fixed me right up. I'll never go to Landis, they really blew it!
