  I just went to this location to pick up a $12.99 deal and I called before hand to explain to them I would like my breadsticks and pizza cooked a bit light due to the last visit I had here, my pizza was burnt. Once again my order here is burnt an the breadsticks are hard, and some have no bread inside of them. I will no longer visit this location. The cashier was rude on the phone and also in person. I used to love this location, my fiancé worked here in our first years of dating and loved it. This is ridiculous.

  There should be negative stars for this restaurant. Not only has Papa John's gone downhill at a blinding pace this particular store epitomizes the concept of "The worst of the worst." The other reviews are accurate about getting orders wrong, no one cares when you call, the wait times are abominable, I live less than a mile and delivery times exceed 1 hour because they deliver to the address farthest out first, and the website doesn't tell you that until the order is placed and you have to call them only to get a rude response for the cancellation. Despite the recurring and ongoing problems with this location I have tried the occasional "deal." Last and final one was in October 2017 when I got a pan pizza overcooked and dry (they used to be reasonably palatable, not anymore) and some cheddar bread that was not even half cooked. You could see the raw dough, and it could have been seen when taking it out of the oven and pan it would have been in. It was half raw. The chicken wings were okay and because of that when I complained about uncooked food and overcooked food the only response from the manager was to contact the store if I had any concerns. No refund, no credit, no concern, no nothing. $40 for chicken wings. It's statistically proven that if you are satisfied with something that you will generally tell two to three people. However, if you are dissatisfied with something you will go out of your way to tell seven times as many people. You can rest assured that in the time since the incident I have told that many people each week.

  We had two pizza's delivered and they were cold and not very well made, so I called it in and one of the drivers/maybe a manager took care of it INSTANTLY and refunded us for the pizzas and made two new ones himself and hand delivered it. He showed up at the door, very kind and it was one of the best pizzas we've had from papa johns. Amazing customer service.
