::This locations website claims they are open until 3 am, my roommate and I got turned away at 1:30 am when the staff told us they were closed. I've eaten from this location as long as they've been open, and after tonight's encounter, I won't ever eat there again. As a business, you have a promise to uphold. And when your corporate website dictates you're open until 3am stick to it. I've worked in food for a very long time and this is just unacceptable.

::I order from this location a lot and they have messed more order A LOT, they have even gotten about my sandwich and left me waiting for over an hour and a half. I always ask for no cheese and no tomato, but because they don't pay attention.. I majority of the time get tomato and cheese on it, so yes after this happens more frequently than it should... I finally call and complain, the manager was polite and gave me a $10 credit for my account. I just tried using my $10 credit and was denied due to the fact that the manager I had spoken with never put that $10 dollar on my account. I'm just never going to order from here and would recommend no else should either due to their inconsistency.

::Every time I order from this location something is wrong or the sandwich is incredibly sloppy. I have ordered from plenty of other jimmy johns locations in Lexington and never have any problems like I do with this location. On top of that the staff seems irritated when you call to place an order. God forbid you have to work. Overall terrible experience every time at this location and will not be ordering again

::Every time I have placed an order with this store they forget something or it is messed up. I have always tiped generously but I will have no choice but to tip less if they continue the bad service. It is not hard to get a non complicated simple order right. Corporate jimmy johns needs to come in and retrain everyone in there. Read the recipt and double check orders before you send them out!!

::They have messed my order up a couple of times. Nothing really major just like ice when asked for nice ice or they forgot my hot peppers one time. All and all I order here at least once a week it is a decent place with decent service and the food is always good
