  always a good pizza and they are fast at this location, do wish they would bring back the WHOLE WHEAT CRUST!!!! i loved it and it was much healthier.

  I will no longer be a customer of Papa John's. I redeemed a free pizza tonight. The driver couldn't find my residence, even though it's the only one on the block. I had the outdoor light on and I was standing outside waiting for the delivery. An hour after talking to the store and explaining where my place was, my pizza was delivered. It was lukewarm at best. I've never had any issues with anyone else finding my place. GPS will bring you right to my place. But their driver couldn't find it. And the store isn't even a 5 minute drive from my place. When I talked to the store after the pizza was delivered, they offered to give me a free pizza the next time I ordered. No offer to remake the pizza tonight. Then they offered to refund me for the pizza. So I guess I'd get the delivery fee back. I still get to have cold pizza for dinner. I just threw it out.

  I will never in my life order pizza from this poppa John's I was placed on hold for over 8 minutes I hung up and called bk the young lady asked could I hold I said ma'am I've been on hold over 8 minutes how much longer?she said IM NOT SURE WE BUSY!!!! AND CLICKED ME BK ON HOLD WITH NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION THAT WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL FROM THE MAGARET STREET LOCATION!!

  Thanks to Andrew the best pizza ever was made and delivered to me by Papa John's Riverside Jacksonville Fl. Andrew listened patiently to me even though I'm sure they were busy at his Papa John's. I wanted the cheese sprinkled all of the way to the crust and it was toasted perfectly the exact way I requested Also I asked for light tomato sauce and that was done too. Parmesan spices sprinkled on the pizza, pepperoncini and no garlic sauce and packets of pepper flakes and cheese were all included as I requested. I truly enjoyed my pizza tonight
