  Ordered a tuna salad sandwich to get delivered to work. Was mostly bread and lettuce. Hardly any tuna on there for a $8 sandwich. May not be ordering from this location again.

  I love all of the food I go 2 to3 times a week and the meat is delicious😁😁👏👏

  Can't beat Jimmy John's. Downtown Jacksonville has a shortage of fast, cheap, delicious food so I find myself going once a week and sometimes once every other week depending on what I'm feeling for lunch. The location is convenient for much of downtown Jax but if you are to far to walk, one of their freaky fast bike messengers will rush the sandwich to you before you know it.

  I went here for my lunch break and accidentally ordered an "italian BLT" for someone, not realizing that they were two different sandwiches and he had wanted me to choose either one or the other. I did not realize this until they gave me three sandwiches when I only wanted two. I was fully prepared to just leave since I was running late to get back to work, but one of the employees (who looked like she was just about to leave after finishing her shift) overheard and she immediately jumped onto a cash register and voided my first transaction so I could pay for the two sandwiches I meant to order. This was in the middle of their lunch rush hour as well! The person who took my order apologized to me even though it was my fault. Everyone there was very understanding. Great service, great staff.
