::Dry sandwiches with too much lettuce on them. Asked for mustard and they only have yellow mustard in tiny packets. They always get my sub wrong. $10 FOR A PLAIN HAM SANDWICH ON DRY BREAD. Hiccups after the first bite. I will not return. Chips are good.

::Arrived at J.J. 4/29/18 11:30am was not greeted when entering or ordering, no acknowledged when leaving. Good sub though. Customer service was so DMV. I’m a G.M. at a restaurant in riverside, so call me a stickler for greeting and acknowledging that customers exist. Was like eating in a funeral parlor.

::I've had mostly positive experiences at this JJ location but today I put in an order for a sub and soda at about 12:15 and didn't receive it until about 40 minutes later. Not exactly freaky fast and the ice in my drink was almost fully melted which made for a less-than satisfying soda. Disappointing since my place of work is less than a mile away. I don't think I'll be ordering delivery again.

::I called at 9:48pm and asked what time closed. Of course they closed at 10:00pm, but the gentlemen said “Come on in, take your time we’ll stay open for you”. How amazing is that? I was working late and starving. The two guys working were so funny and in high spirits. They really made my crappy day turn into a smile. I’m eating my delicious sandwich now and couldn’t have been any happier with my experience. Thank you guys, I just wish I got your names. 12/11/2017 Hopefully you’re bosses see this and acknowledge your great service!!!

::We frequently order lunch at work from the Hendricks location and have always had a great experience with them! They were so kind that today they came and surprised us with a party platter as an appreciation for us being a regular customer! Thank you guys!!
