  Update, DO NOT move into this property! The endless problems came with endless promises from management that things would be fixed. Moved in the the wall was painted a wrong color, the pipes in our wall were leaking to the apartment downstairs so we had a huge hole in our wall for over a month due to slow repair. The silverware draw broke because we have to nice of silverware. The dryer burned our clothing, new dryer a week later, the knob broke off current dryer got a new knob a week later now our dryer doesn't work been a week. The list goes on and on and unless you want a headache just STAY AWAY!!!!

  I truly enjoyed living here, and even though I've moved out to Shawnee to reduce costs i do still miss having that loft right next to the river market. That said, I felt like i was paying an awfully high price for a relatively low end kitchen and bathroom. Parking was also a problem as garage space is fairly limited and on street parking can be fairly difficult especially on market days.
