  I enjoyed. First time in 1973 til now! Always a dinning experience. Best yet I like the 19th century style. Hope it is back together. Beats A.Sabellas' hands down!!

  I stayed at Savoy a few years back. I made my reservation without doing much research. The hotel and grill had a historic, classy feel. Breakfast was always great. The staff was amazing! It was clear that they all genuinely cared about my stay. I attempted to make the trip down from Omaha again about a year ago but they were closed. I'm still not quite sure if or when they plan to reopen but I'd would love to make the trip down again. I'd recommend Savoy to anyone looking for memorable stay!

  We love this hotel! We stay here every time we're in Kansas City. The other reviews capture the essence of the place (historical aging elegance, rather than sterile, generic, cookie-cutter feel). Breakfast is incredible: Choice of Lobster Bisque, Oysters Rockefeller, Medallion of Beef, Eggs Benedict and 30+ other items! - plus fresh orange juice, all served in a dining room with an entire wall of Art Deco stained-glass-windows! But our favorite part of the whole experience is the staff. They're absolutely wonderful. They're friendly and attentive and they remember you when you come back!
