  They keep good records for my vehicle and listen to my needs accurately. I can be seen from anything as simple as a light bulb replacement to more complicated brake pads and oil changes. Hospitable is how I’d describe it here.

  Easily the best mechanics shop. Fast, honest, FAIR , & extremely knowledgeable. Owner's a super cool guy who stands by his work. Kleemann certified....REALLY! Only thing is, has to be a Mercedes. 😊

  After being completely screwed over by The Mercedes dealership repair . I came across Octane as specializing in Mercedes and was very fortunate! was told by Mercedes they didnt have a part i needed, it would be 7 weeks. I called Octane after 5 weeks and hmmmmm they had the part and had me on the road the next day.Its a shame that Mercedes is so money hungry and clearly lacks integrity,but the upside is I now have a mechanic I trust, Randy is very personable and fair. His dog Colts pretty amazing too:)
