Place gets 2 stars for hot shower and decent breakfast. But this place is dirty. Staff were too busy talking and hanging out with friends instead of working. I had to clean out the tub to just take a shower. Found hairs in tub, sink and on mirror. Do not let the maids in your room, and bring a blanket if you want to be warm. Ive stayed in worse but this was close.

Room was not that clean and shower was very low pressure. Staff was friendly but too relaxed around customers. Also the wait time to check in was too long for a small hotel off the main road.

Now that this hotel has been purchased by Baymont Inn and suites I think things will improve. Not to say anything was overly wrong but the place needs some work. Breakfast was decent, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. But there was a hole in the bathroom door on one side and the hall was in need of some paint. We could not beat the price for the Planet Comicon weekend though. Throw in Rosedale Barbeque just down the street and The Roasterie coffee a few minutes away and it was a good weekend.

It was alright. Wished the pool was open. We were told it was an indoor and when we got there it was outdoor. Other than that the room was very nice, it was a peaceful stay.

Terrible. The service was crappy. When I entered there was people sitting on the counter flashing their goods to people. I felt like this place was for hourly rentals based on the staff and the people they were chatting with. I was being harassed by one of the "guests" and staff said nothing. The room smelt bad and the soap was old. If it wasn't for the fact the hospital set us up there we wouldn't have stayed here. Thankfully Ronald McDonald House had a room bug enough the next night. Plus the rooms are not worth the price at all. The staff on nights was absolutely awful!! We will not be staying here ever again!
