    I was a former tenant through this B.S. agency for many years. Not a pleasant experience being a tenant @ these apartment complexes. Very complex staff, maintenance workers and tenants. The tenants presume in error they are permanent for life where they are. They presume filth, noise pollution and substance abuse comes with the territory as long as they are allowed to be tenants. The family that murdered Nix Marie Brown lives in a N.Y.C.H.A. building. Ungrateful, ignorant, arrogant and slow people. Run away! Do not move in unless you love stress.
