::I don't understand why TLC has to give the clients up to 2 months to wait for the license, we are paying a lot of money to wait up to 2 months. Why not email a temporary paper with ID info just like DMV does which makes more sence since people are waiting for it to start working.

::Nyc tlc is hiring new drivers who doesn’t know how to drive and not enough driving experience which couse lots of life danger both passanger and people on street.like other country taxi drivers must have minimum 2 years of driving history which make more safe. Should have minimum years of driving record to become taxi driver.
