  Thankful that we went. There were 7 of us who were having a lunch meeting and we decided to come here. Understandably, they did not have any tables to accommodate us at the time PLUS there were not many wait staff. However, the manager stepped up and set up tables for us to have our lunch and meeting. The manager wound up helping her staff by waiting on tables as well. All that to say, that it is the actions of the staff that makes the dining experience a success! While the food was great, I applaud the personable staff. They still know how important it is to treat people well. You must go there!

  Me and my husband came in on a Saturday night at about 8. There were pretty much no cars in the parking lot, so we figured we would get seated and get to eat quickly. We were both starving. We were seated in Kat's section from what the manager said. We waited about 10 minutes, and we were greeted by our server after a table that came in after us. Our server was very unprofessional!! When we finally received our dinner 30 minutes later, keep in mind I order a sandwich and soup, and my husband ordered an appetizer for dinner, and it wasn't busy!!!! My fries and sandwich were cold and my husbands appetizer and "fresh fries" which tasted like they were reheated were cold. My husband had an empty drink for the entire visit, and asked for a water which he did not get till the end of the meal. She never checked on us to see how our meal was.... We seriously contemplated walking out. $70 dollars later, I would have rather gone to McDonald's, at least the food is hot, and you know what to expect. This was truly the first time I have ever tipped $2. I was Soo turned off by the whole experience, I will not go back to Mimi's cafe ever again! If I could have reviewed less than 1 star I would have!

  Firstly I want to say the food was AMAZING!!! I have been looking for a place that served good food. Service was quick, efficient but my server could've been a bit more attentive to my refill. Other than that... it's a quaint and jazzy eatery that I can't wait to visit again!

  Love this place. Highly recommend signing up for the emails. You can’t beat buy one get one free on their great food. The restaurant is always clean and the servers are always friendly and very attentive. I guess the only gripe that I have is getting the end of the tomato today :( The pain perdu was wonderful though!!

  I have been to this place twice and both times I was very happy with it. The atmosphere there is very nice - company did a great job decorating the place in a French style, so it is very cozy! The food was really good and fresh both times - absolutely loved the food! Service was excellent! Our waiter was very fast, attentive and accommodating! There was a wait time - were were told the wait time was approximately 10 minutes, but we were called much sooner than that. Great experience both times.
