  Very dirty place. They use heir cooking oil over and over. Very rude staff (kids). I showed them a dirt cums in my food and they said they don't know where it came from but it is gross. They know it came from a a dirty cooking Pan but they don't want to admit it and no exchange offer either. Not to mention, the only BK charges for refills,.. unheard of! When I told them, they have bad reviews on google, there answer was, the owner doesn't care. They don't open on time and many times they don't turn their lights on until lunch time.

  Not the worst Burger King location but I've been treated better. The burgers are amazing but the staff can be rushed and hurried and sometimes take it out on the customers.

  denying a refill or asking for money on a refill is unheard of. This employee of burger king in Aurora Town Center was asking me to pay for a pop refill; when I asked where does it say in the menu, she claimed her manager told her so. No wonder why this location is very slow and has no customer. This location ran by a bunch of kids that don't know the business. I believe the 5 star reviews with no text for this location are just employee fake reviews to boost the reputation of this location.
