  The Orange Julius tasted like a poor watered down drink; Ice, water and very little orange. Obviously this location need help BIG TIME!. I will be going else where from now on.

  Cashier was picking her nose and then delivered ice cream cone to customer in front of me. When it was my turn to order I asked her to wash her hands. When I asked if she would please wash her hands she gave me a bad attitude. Shocking

  If I could post a negative star I would. This place is horrible lacks customer service and lacks a full menu of ingredients. I ordered something from there and their employees asked me how to make the item and then gave me something that is not even close to what I ordered. If they didn't have the items to make the correct blizzard maybe they shouldn't offer that and suggest something else. Isn't diary queen known for blizzards. If they can't serve the correct blizzard I asked for maybe they should just give it up.

  ATTN: Owner/Manager. Your employees just turned away two customers 10 minutes before closing. So we went to Baskin Robbins.

  Horrible service. It was closing hours and they said they were only serving this man behind me but when I got to order they closed and said they wouldn't take my order.When I left, they started using obscene language. Not respectful. Very rude.
