  I see that a lot of customers have given you 5 stars. But my experience was totally different and disappointing. I went there for a Forester test drive and quote. This guy Joe Velez is not aware of his offensive and aggressive behavior with customers. I didn't want to show how dissatisfied I was with his cold attitude on Thursday. He doesn't show any respect or interest in his clients' questions. Not all people are qualified for this job. He was in such a rush. I wish if he wasn't on mood I would have met another rep. My wife and I went to another Subaru dealership and started working with them who show respect and patience and decided to lease a forester from them. He must work more on his professional behavior.

  The service and product provided by Milea Subaru could only be described as exceptional. I was fortunate enough to work with Sean Collingan, who helped navigate an out of state transaction (I live in VT). This was incredible smooth and required little to no effort on my part. Sean worked directly with my out of state insurance company and organized the paperwork and in-transit registration that would allow me to drive my new vehicle home to VT. Not only was this a huge stress reliever, but Sean also provided me with a great deal and fantastic new vehicle which fit my lifestyle. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. Make sure to ask for Sean!

  Don't let the word "salesman" get in the way of having a good experience here a Milea Subaru. I had a great experience here after getting an extremely good internet quote. They are thorough, know that as New Yorkers, we don't like bs and get to the point with everything they offer including options and time frames for delivery. The people here are true professionals and responded quickly whether I contacted them through the phone or email. When I get me next car, I'll definitely consider coming back.

  I was working with Sean Colligan. Great and knowledgeable guy. Compared prices of five local dealerships. He got me the best price on a 2018 Subaru outback base model. Home delivery worked out as well. Very responsive to emails. No hidden costs, no attempts to pawn off packages that you did not ask for. Will work with him again.
