  If there were negative stars my rating would be even lower. My husband & I went in on April 26, 2018 to lease a 2018 GMC Terrain we made a deal, put down $2,500, $260/month, they would cover our last 2 months of lease payments on our current lease. We signed papers which they did not provide my husband with. We were told at the time that the car was being shipped and would probably not be in for another 2 weeks which we were fine with. They called 3 weeks later saying the car still wasn’t there & since it was now may the incentives have changed & it would no longer be $260/month it would be $330/month & to wait until June when the incentives may be better. It’s now June 4th, we still have no car, & have not heard from them so my husband called today & apparently they still don’t think they have the car, would check & call us back! We then checked on our current lease & they have not paid our lease payment so now we have late payments owed. I’ve contacted GMC corporate to file a complaint. I’ve never in my life experienced something like this!

  Honestly I bought 2 Gmc & 1 Buick in last 4 years elsewhere But I always come to this service department because of Linda, she squeezes me in with no app or short notice. Always a genuine smile on her face & remembers my name our past conversations & asks about my little boy (better than some of my relatives lol!!) planning to buy an encore for my wife next month from here just cus of Linda being so great at her job!! Thank u Linda your professionalism & overwhelming curtiosy is appreciated..

  From start to finish Charlie Albanese got me what I wanted and for the right price, he should be commended by the owner for his hard work and dedication to this dealership, if it wasn't for him I would not be this happy!   I had a great experience at Milea, especially with Charlie Albanese. He helped me select an SUV that stayed within my budget.. yet still had AMAZING extra's. I’d highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

  We had an amazing experience purchasing our new Yukon XL from Milea Buick GMC. Charlie was simply the best!!! Ask for him! He took care of everything quickly and was so easy to deal with. He did EVERYTHING via phone and email- even delivered the car to our house in Nassau County! Next GMC-Buick purchase will definitely be from him.
