  I'm impressed by the QuickLube Oil Change department in their friendliness of service and I believe them to be honest in their repair assessments. Only con is that their oil change line can be over an hour long.

  John and Carrie did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole transaction. I recommended asking for them if you are in the market for a new F150!

  We bought a Ford C-Max hybrid from John Holleran, and we love it. John was very friendly and respectful throughout the whole car buying process. He knows a lot about the car and explained everything. Best of all, he was not at all pushy.

  Went to purchase a car yesterday. I test drove the car and asked to have snow cleaned off so I can see the body. Salesman said car was in cleanup process told me I had first chance on the car. He sat there while I purchased new tires for said vehicle via phone. Said he would call as soon as it was clean. We spoke of extended warranty. I left and waited for call. I received a cold call from the dealership first thing this morning asking what car I was interested in and explained I had been there yesterday and waiting for call from my salesman. She said the car was sold. I said it cannot be, I had first chance. She said I had no money down. HE DID NOT ASK FOR ANY BUT TOLD ME as soon as it is clean I would get his call as I had first chance. What would you rate this dealership and salesman???

  I have been bringing my Escape here to the quick lane several times and have yet had to wait to get in. And they always get it done very fast. Even though I did not buy it here I stopped going to that quick lane because there was always a long line there. Also I had them make me a new key when I lost my extra one. They always are friendly and seem to care about service. Ric Thompson
