::I would just like to say i thought the staff was very nice and professional. This was my first experience renting a car. I was unaware when i chose the option to prepay for gas that you have to bring the car back empty and it costed me. Also with insurance rates you get charged by the work day not a 24 hour period, which was never communicated to me. The next car i had reaked like puke and cigarettes. It smelled so bad my girlfriend wouldnt ride in the car with me. Im sure they would have gave me a different car if i complained but i was too busy to go down there. Im sure enterprise is a good car rental but my experience wasnt the best. And i was unhappy with the overall price of my first rental.

::This was the not the first Enterprise I ever been but felt like it. The employees treated me and my partner like criminals or people under 25. They wanted to see more paperwork and contacted my insurance company. I never had a problem getting a car from any enterprise, I understand it could be due to location. I been renting from enterprise for about 12 years, I usually rent at least 1 car a year. For last couple years I have rented more often yet I didn't get respect at least for being an reacuring customer. I rented on Friday afternoon around 5pm. I was not told that I would have to return the car by 12pm orI would have to pay until Monday if don't return it by 12pm on Saturday. I would never rent from this Enterprise. I am most likely never going to go to Enterprise ever again. I am going to travel the extra distance next time to go to the MSP airport car rental.
