  Seamless! I had a rental car set up with Hertz via State Farm while my Jeep was being repaired from a fender-bender. I was worried that Hertz wouldn’t be on time and that I’d be late for work, but they showed up early and were super easy to work with. The rental Vehicle had an issue with low air in the tire three days in a row and Hertz offered to drive a new car to me while I was at work. I was so impressed with Emily and her staff. Thank you for such great customer service!

  I have used this branch 8-10 times and have always been happy with the experience. The vehicles were ready and waiting on arrival. The various employees have consistently been welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have always felt I received excellent value and service for the money. It is great to have this location available at the Union Depot.

  Great to have an HLE in downtown St Paul, always helpful and have worked to accommodate my schedule. Small location that manages their phones in-house, glad for direct access rather than a call center. Unlike other reviews, I’ve never had a problem with not being called back after leaving a message. Busy location, maybe it happens once in awhile and they’re the ones who leave reviews - only positive experiences from me every time I go. Much appreciated.
