  Been coming to this pizzeria since 1999. Would never ever return. This is the first time they have ever messed up an order and it was pretty bad. I ordered my food he repeated it back. The food was delivered and I got garlic knots with no sauce and knots with barely any garlic. Also missing my buffalo chicken slice. I call back and the man admits to not entering my order. So he says we will bring the slice and the sauce the way he said it was unprofessional saying we’re really busy with delivery so we will see what we can do. Okay so 20 minutes later comes with the slice and the sauce. The delivery man says okay you have to pay for the slice. What it’s not my fault that you forgot to add the slice to the order. You admitted to messing up so I should get the slice for free. Also you should tell me we are bringing the slice but expect you to pay for it. Plus they forgot the sauce now the ungarlic knots are cold and his hand is out expecting money. No you can take the slice back to your establishment and you can all enjoy it yourselves. I call them back and I truly feel bad for the kid because he probably needs to be trained a little better but I’m upset with my cold food and half missing order. The kid seemed to genuinely care so I understand his Point of view because he doesn’t make the rules it’s not his fault but the place as a whole. Thanks a lot michaelangelo you hurt my Friday nights feelings. There’s been a lot of management change and it has really hurt the food and the service. I’m sure me and my family won’t take you out of business but I hope this message gets to you guys.

  If i could give this place zero stars I would. Since the restaurant went under new management this place has gone downhill. Don't order chicken unless you want salmonella. At this point I wouldn't trust anything they cook.

  This place used to be great; very good food. HOWEVER, in the past year, they seem to have had a staff change, and it is NOT an improvement. All behind the counter have snarky attitudes lately - seems like they don't need the business. They can actually be surly sometimes. After having experienced this several times, the decision has been made to stop frequenting this establishment. The older gentleman who made the pizzas is no longer there, and the young staff has major attitude. Enough. There are plenty of good pizza places around, so good-bye to them! :(
