    If I could put 0 stars I would. Sad how easy it is to just brush off good customer service. Called in after pizza never showed up just to be lied to and told I would have to wait 40 more mins. The store is 3 mins from my home and the driver was sitting there telling the representative on the phone what to say. I understand busy nights but don't tell me you came to my house when I was sitting on my steps and no one showed up. Last time I will ever order from dominoes. Just a shame how this location is horribly operated. Sad.

    Oh my gosh! So I ordered my combo from this store, after an hour of waiting i decided to give them a call to see what’s going on with my order; just to have them tell me to give them a couple of minutes that the guy headed out. By the time he delivered the pizza, 1hour 20minutes, saying “sorry bro, I forgot your soda”. Heads up, Do not order from theses peoples. They are the worst, trust me. Go to papa Johns, order from a local pizza store, forget theses goddand losers. -0000000000 stars! Wish i can give theses knuckleheads a negatives 5 star ratings. Ahhh:.. they expect you to tip... *drop mic*

    I ordered my pizza at 1am. The store closes at 2am. I track my food on the app and it said the person left the store at 1:36am. It is now 2:59am and i still haven’t received my order. This is by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced! I haven’t gotten a phone call or anyone knocking on my door to deliver my food. I’m so upset. I advise anyone not to place your order after 10pm because they are horrible at night.

    I would have given this franchise zero stars if given the opportunity. This afternoon (3/27/18, on my day off, I placed an online order for delivery. When my order was ready, Rogelio (Delivery person) called me to inform me that he will be delivering my order to me in about 10 minutes and that I would need to come outside to retrieve my order. When I asked him why would I have to come outside to get my order when, in the past (last order from this store was placed about 2 weeks ago) the driver delivered to my door, he said "BECAUSE IT'S THE PROJECTS...I DO NOT DELIVER IN THE PROJECTS AND i HAVE OTHER DELIVERIES. IF IT WAS A HOUSE YES I COME TO THE DOOR, BUT NOT THE PROJECTS. YOU HAVE TO COME DOWNSTAIRS." Excuse me?! I then explained to him that my building is NOT "the Projects", it is a privately owned building and even if it was "The Projects" why would that matter? If I am paying a fee for delivery service (because they do charge a delivery fee when you place your order online) then I expect to receive that service. Once I received my order, I called the store and spoke with the Manager who told me that her name was Fernanda (maybe that is her correct name, maybe not) and I informed her of what her Delivery person said to about delivering to my residence and her tone was so nonchalant. I will NOT be ordering from this store location again. They are slow with their deliveries (my last order took 2 hours to arrive and of course our pizza was cold) and have unprofessional Staff. This franchise should take a few courses in customer service. If I am paying you with my hard-earned money to provide goods and services, then you should provide that service to which you are being paid. If this store or their drivers have an issue with providing delivery service into residential buildings (whether they are privately owned of public housing) then they should inform their Customers at the time in which the order is being placed via telephone or have a disclaimer online. This way, the Consumer can decide as to whether they want to continue ordering from this location or choose another location that will provide full delivery services.

    Worst Dominos ! Food was cold and cheesy bread wasnt stuffed ! Delivery driver wouldnt come up to deliver my food, even though it was already paid for ! Whats the point of delivery if your not gonna bring ut to my door ! Horrible customer service and the manager has horrible customer service! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE! I SURELY WONT EVER AGAIN!
