  So I placed my online order at 8:12 at 8:56 the app says my order is ready only to get there and it’s not ready a bunch off rude young boys working in the store laughing and carrying on not attending to the customers worst customer service ever won’t be returning and I live like a block away from there #disgusted

  When the delivery driver delivered my food it the cheese was shifted to one side and on top of that he forgot my dipping sauce for my chicken. He said he would bring it back then he stop answering the phone for me. After spending close to $30 I would appreciate if I got what I paid for.

  The worst domino's you will ever visit. It is run by a bunch of people in their late teens and easy twenties. They all lack customer service experience. They often get orders wrong, and never take responsibility for it. They can be very rude at times. Also if you don't watch them closely they will not wash their hands before preparing your food. This domino's lacks leadership and I hope they get help soon.

  Dominoes has lost me as a customer for sure. I realized long ago that financial withdrawal is the ONLY way to express displeasure with these companies. My son and nieces ordered pizza online tonight. After more than an hour wait for the food, the driver calls or texts (I'm not even sure since they are communicating with my niece) that he is 3 minutes away. He pulls up and my niece is at the front door waiting for him. He says he is not coming up the steps. I stopped my niece from going to sidewalk. She had no coat on nor did she have on shoes. I went to the door (Note that this is a private house not an apartment bldg) and told the driver I'm not putting on a coat to come down the steps in order to spend my money with his company. The driver said it is company policy to not leave the car so he is not coming upstairs. Mind you, this is not my first stint with dominoes and they have always delivered to my door. I could not help wondering if this had been a less Black neighborhood would I be encountering this right now? I stuck to my guns and the driver drove off WITH my order. I will NEVER order another dominoes anything and as long as I have social media I will speak out loud. This 'policy' is discriminatory. My dollars won't be on your balance sheet anymore, DOMINOES, and I'm working on my son, my nieces and their friends to understand why there is a need to boycott you.

  Delivery service has severely declined. The drivers require that you pick up your delivered pizza from the curb of your private home. In addition note that the drivers don't get out of the car. Secondly, the car is not clearly marked as being associated with Domino's pizza. Lastly, I will order from local pizzerias that respects their clientele while delivering food that is still hot. Don't order from any Domino's in the Bronx. Local pizzeria's deserve our business. You can order online using seamless, grub hub, and Uber eats.
