::Wanted to change a typo on my debit card name. Was told to take a seat in the waiting area. I did, I was alone. The workers in the cubicles were chatting it up (no problem) figured they were working on other things and would get to me when they could. A few minutes go by and another customer comes in straight to them and asked if they could help or if she had to wait (because I was clearly there waiting for help.) The lady in the cubicle told her to come right and take a seat. Completely blew me off. Either make a line system or tell your workers to pay attention to who’s in the lobby. SMFH. Couldn’t help but notice the customer she offered to help was YT and I was not. Either willful ignorance or bias. Whatever it was. Never coming here again.

::I love this branch of Mechanic's Bank. Ther staff here is great, they are always friendly & helpful. There is a parking lot, bonus! I love the drive through teller window & drive through ATM as well, but most of all I love that when I have to go inside there is never more than one person in front of me. Great branch!!

::I have business and personnel accounts with Mechanics Bank and my experience is Excellent. specially staff is very courteous and are always ready to help. I have account with B of A and the experience is completely opposite.
