  Good overall but I couldn't understand why they ignored and never turned off the cooking alarms. It became very annoying and I left sooner than I wanted to.

  Service is slow, but the food is great! Burgers are cooked to a juicy medium. Mac and cheese is ok...SWEET POTATO FRIES ARE A MUST. SALADS ARE HUGE. Prices come running high, but portions are great and live up to the price.

  They almost always screw up my order regardless of the time of day. I had to ask for napkins and assumed the honey mustard for my chicken strips was in the bag......I was wrong. The location is about the only thing they have going for them.

  1. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE 2. FOOD IS COLD 3. I WAITED 15 MIN FOR MY ORDER 4. THEY TOOK 5 MIN TO TAKE MY ORDER 5. I HAD TO GO IN AND CHECK MY ORDER AND APPARENTLY THEY FORGOT I WAS PARKED I CALLED THE MANAGER AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN CARE IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED I WONDER WHAT HAPPEN TO THE GUY MANAGER I HAVEN'T SEEN HIM LATELY MR PEDRO 👎👎

  Store manager is great but she has no control of her employees. Yessenia deserves commendation but the individual male under her absolutely did not listen to her and did his own thing as she was instructing him. He needs to be fired.
