::been there a couple of times (I work next door). the employees are nice and helpful (as least the ones that I encountered have been) but the quality of the drinks can be improved. ordered a cool lime today. the lime slices are older and drier than my grandmother's skin and she's dead. I mean I don't expect these limes freshly cut from the tree but they have to be presentable at least. won't order this item again.

::Everytime i go to this starbucks i had an issue going there...i not a person who gets upset easily...and everytime i go there i would say to myself "maybe it was just that one day" but nope Firstly. It was bad customer services a big guy that works there kind of gave me an attitude The next visit i was craving for an old fashion doughnut and there was a fruit fly in the glass 2 times i had went in there and they told me "the blender was broken" how can 2 blender get broken at the same time And finally i order an iced drink and it was TOO SUGARY. ..like out of the line sugary And note that out of all those visit i have gone there one 2 was there a line of people, so i mean its not like they were busy with others
