The food was great, worth the wait. I just wish they didn't seat my family of 4 with two small kids, right next to the heavy traffic bar. My son had his chair not just bumped, but rammed into by servers and guests several times. I ended up changing him seats and had to ask a waiter and a guest to please stop running into my chair. That was an odd experience though I'm sure. Just people being rude. The food was fantastic. The crawfish plate was huge!

This was our first time visiting the place and well we had an hour wait because we were a large party. Parking is nonexistent unless you want to pay $8-10. Once seated our waitress was kind and took our order in a timely manner. Food came within reasonable time. We order the crawfish with corn and potatoes. Food was great! But I visited the restrooms and they were not pleasant at all. They were so dirty. Two of them were out of order. There was no toilet paper and the soap dispenser didn’t work!!! How can a business establishment that’s in the food industry allow this to happen? How do employees wash their hands?!!!!! Our waitress actually happened to be in there while I was in the restroom as well and she was unable to get sufficient soap to return back to work.!!!!!!! Another guest entered the restroom and spilled soap which was all over the floor. Y’all about an accident waiting to happen! Manager finally came out and apologize and did corrected the issue.

Have always loved this place. We go here for lunch often especially during crawfish season. I don’t drink the drinks I have an herbal tea I bring in and have NEVER had a problem in the past bringing my tea into BB’s. However today a waiter by the name of Jarvis changed that, he totally ruined all of our lunch by first off wanting me to put it in another glass to which i refused. Things quickly went downhill and when he said for me to clam down and I’m talking at him. Which I had not even raised my voice I got quite for fear of what I would have said and I did not want to stoop to that level. I asked to speak to manager which he ignored. He took all our drinks away then bring them back. I’m not sure what was going on with that. But I must say I’ve never had a bad experience here usually the waiters & waitresses are super friendly not this guy he was rude as could be. Note to managers “Please train your new waiters to know how to talk to a customer. This really changed my and my co-workers view on BB’s and that’s too bad.

Had a great time and the food was wonderful. For as busy as they were, they were still able to get the food out quick and the wait wasn't long at all. This was my first time going there and I will be back. Thank you for the great service

Great place to get some food from down on the Bayou. Went there for National gumbo day and was definitely not disappointed. The service can be hit-or-miss, but the food is always spot-on. Don't be fooled by the size of the parking lot because there is always plenty of room and it's much bigger than you expect. Definitely recommend trying to grilled oysters also and don't forget about Hush Puppies. Man they make some great hush puppies!
