    This location is more honest, more friendly, more giving, more special discounted prices. Faster better service. Nice clean place. Nice safe parking lot. Lots of free easy parking Their food quality, and their customers service is better than all other McDonald's. I highly recommend this Macdonald location There is a big huge difference here in customer service, honesty, and food quality, and other McDonald's locations Like the one on MLK & S.Graham st,or the one NE 145th& Bothel way NE,or the one on 4th.Ave. S. & S.Stacy st. Those locations are the worst in food quality, and the customers service,and the Dishonesty

    From multiple experiences here I cannot stress enough to check your order before you leave, rgey are notorious for missing items (many hungry disspointed kids,), giving the wrong drinks (I'm a type 1 diabetic so that's been catastrophic with my coffee), poor customer service and they often will not fix issues once you drive off they never answer the phone and won't even run food out when they forget items, it's a repeated problem at this location but we have few options on this island. There attitude sucks when you ask for anything as well. Poor service, lobby is allways closed and never stocked.

    Was on M.I. for a meeting. Worked through lunch so I decided to stop by for a quick lunch before heading south. Drive thru had a long line so I went in to order - good choice as it was empty inside. Must have just missed the lunch crowd. It was a bit strange inside as it looked like they were just moving in or just getting ready to move out. Staff focus was definitely on the drive thru, but within a few minutes the gal came over and took my order - the #7 two cheeseburger meal. I knew I had a few minutes for my order to come so I zipped off to use the facilities as I had a bit of a drive ahead of me. The men's room was clean but not fully functioning. There are two sinks to wash hands and two hot air dryers. One sink was out of order as was one of the dryers. Thoroughly washed my hands and went to use the 'working' dryer. Pressed the button and the hot air came rushing out...only to stop when I released the button. Hmmm...must not have pressed it long enough. Tried three more times expecting different results. Nope! Scanned the room for paper towels. Nope! With clean, but dripping hands I made my way back over to the dryer where I used my shoulder to keep the button pressed so I could dry my hands. Was glad no one walked in while I was doing it as it was not the best look for me in that awkward position. Finally made it out and there was a bit of a line now. A construction crew had finished some work next door and were grabbing a quick meal. Finally got my order and headed out to my car. Staff was very friendly and professional - kudos to them. Meal was good. It was just an odd experience going in.

    My email to McDonald’s in Mercer Island because they don’t answer the phone anymore but they encourage emails. I recently visited your restaurant in Downtown Mercer Island WA and received poor customer service as well as poor food quality. I am once again appalled by this constant inaccurate order due to the lack of attention on your staffs behalf. I come to your restaurant and I have food delivered through food apps and you constantly screw up the food order. Please refund me for my entire order because I need satisfaction or my money back. The mcdoubles were wrong and the filet-o-fish was poorly made with an extra filet on it. The Fries and milkshake were not pleasant to eat and more importantly the terrible customer service at the pick up window because she was aggressive with me about the milkshake not being on my receipt and I didn’t have one from the cashier nor was offered one. So this was all wrong and the drive thru was backing up for a milkshake. I didn’t know that my food was wrong until I was at home. Sincerely, Unhappy Customer Mercer Island WA Also: If you do not respond to my attempts to correct your errors I will post everything on every review website about Mercer Island McDonald’s restaurant. I promise you this because I always follow through with customer reviews. Good and bad. Thank you.

    Make sure to check your order AND get a receipt!!! I bought food in the morning. My total was $15. They tried giving me the wrong order and then didn't give me a receipt. They ended up charging me for someone else's order that was worth more than double of what I ordered. I caught it that night and came back to verify my payment and request a refund for the difference. Mgmt wouldn't help me and told me to come back the next day to talk to the other manager. I asked if they could reach out to me to confirm payment for a refund because I live in Seattle and i90 was closed at the time. They supposedly took my name and number and told me mgmt would call me back. No one ever did.
